Asthma- Can’t be cured but can be controlled.

At least one person in our circle has trouble with Asthma. It is a condition where we won’t be able to breathe comfortably. A whistling sound is released whenever an affected person tries to exhale. For a few people, This is a mild problem or sickness. But for a few people, it can cause harm to their life, obstructing their daily activities.


Different people have different symptoms of this condition. Few have these symptoms occasionally, and few have these regularly.

This occurs due to exposure to dust, smoke, or different unwanted particles. This causes difficulty in breathing and makes a person uncomfortable.

  1. Non-Allergic Asthma:

This occurs when a person does any physical activity like exercise or laughing. That can lead to this problem. This causes a person’s lung congestion, which leads to uneasiness.

  1. Pediatric Asthma:

This kind of problem is expected in children below six years of age. When the child gets exposed to a toxic thing, this may occur. And be with the child till his. Life ends

  • Symptoms are almost the same for every Asthma mentioned above. There’s no need to fear unless we are taking necessary precautions.

  • It’s better to stay away from the dust causing things as much as we can
  • Wearing a mask while traveling
  • Washing your hands thoroughly after touching any item
  • Avoid touching our nose and mouth unnecessarily.
  • Maintaining some distance from an affected person.
  • Eating nutritious food
  • Avoiding eating outside food, which may include the toxic substances
  • Home-made food is preferable for good health.

By following the above instructions, a person can stay fit and sleep peacefully without difficulty breathing. Of course, having an inhaler in hand is mandatory. And it’s better to consult a doctor if the symptoms seem strange.

Having continuous fear of illness is of no use. We first need to put our minds calm and relaxed, and it’s only then we can fight these different kinds of sicknesses.
